Do you backup or otherwise secure the digital images for protection?
All image RAW files and edited images from your session will be backed up for 90 days. If you would like me to store your files for a longer period of time, I can store them for 10+ years for an additional fee.
Do I get unedited photos from my session?
I do not offer unedited photos from your session. This is because these are not my *finished* work of art. Photography is an art form and I don’t want to hand out a half-painted canvas. I need it to be complete before I feel confident about placing my name on it and offering it as my work.
Why should I hire a professional photographer?
Almost everyone has a smartphone that has a good enough camera on it for the most part. But it just can’t mimic what an actual high-quality lens can produce. Besides the quality aspect, a professional photographer creates art out of you. I will create physical memories for you to look back on and feel that little spark of life.
What types of photography do you offer?
At Pure Ardor we will photograph almost anything for you. All you have to do is ask! The average client we serve is for portraits of families, couples, seniors, maternity & pets.
What should I wear for my session?
We will pick your clothing TOGETHER to make sure it is just right! Wear something that you feel comfortable and confident in! Clothing and accessories will be discussed before your session date, so there will be no worrying for you on the day of your session.
When will we get our finished products?
Turnaround time varies depending on the type of artwork being created. Digitals will be sent within 1 week of ordering, any physical products will be hand delivered in 3-4 weeks. There is a lot of time and effort that goes into crafting the perfect images and products for you. It will be a memory bank to look back on for years to come and I want it to be something that you are happy with every time you see it!
